NVIDIA drivers install

How do you install the updated NVIDIA drivers?
The NVIDIA install program says that the install is not sutiable to the hardware.
Do I have to wait until Dell updates their support site?

To install newest nvidia graphic card driver on your laptop you must go HERE and follow the instructions.
